Team In Training® (TNT) is the worlds’ largest sports training program. The program provides training to novices to seasoned athletes to walk or run a half or full marathon, or to participate in a triathlon, a bike ride or an adventure hike. Participants raise funds for leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma research and patient services while receiving the benefits of expert training from certified coaches and Team support, as well as hotel and travel accommodations provided for the pre-scheduled, seasonal event(s). Since TNT’s inception, more than 500,000 participants have raised over $1.2 billion.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® (LLS) is the world’s largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer. The LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world and provides free information and support services. Race will be electronically timed, so runners who wish for an official time will need to pick up their timing chip at Registration.
Awards: Awards will be presented to the top 3 Overall Men and Women and Top 3 Masters Male and Female.

Tshirts

Both the 5K and 10K participants will receive Dry Blend Tech shirts. We only
guarantee correct sizes to those who register before November 1. We will have
shirts available up until race day for runners registering after November 1, but
cannot guarantee correct sizes.

Kids Dash fee does not include a shirt, but we will have shirts available for $5.

In the event the race should be canceled for reasons beyond the control of the Race Director or Race Committee (inclement weather or unsafe weather conditions; local, state or national emergency), refunds will not be made, but race packets, including race shirts, will be available at a location to be determined.

Sorry, but for safety reasons, we do not allow dogs, bicycles, inline skates or any means of transportation other than running, walking or wheelchairs. Running baby strollers are allowed but must have a minimum of 6″ wheels. Race Director reserves the right to reject any entry or to remove any participant from the race course without explanation.
